A. In this short post, I will list 7 best superfoods for health. These Ultimate Superfoods I personally include in my diet
Note: 90% of my calories comes from these superfoods.
It has been like this for the past few years.
I usually eat almost same foods everyday without any issue.
Although based on where I am residing, my core ingredients keep changing.
Having said that, these 7 superfoods are the main stay in my diet.
1-WHOLE EGGS. 3 per day. Calories: 250–300
2-COCONUT OIL. 2 Tablespoon. Calories: 250
3-RAW COWS MILK. 1 Litre. Calories: 650
4-NUTS-WALNUTS+ ALMONDS. Calories: 300
5-GRASS-FED MEATS. 200g. Calories: 300
6-BEANS AND LENTILS. 500g. Calories: 350
7-BANANAS. 1–2 per day with Smoothies. Calories: 150
Total Calories: 2300 calories (approx)
Please note, quality also matters.
I try and ensure that the poultry are grass-fed and organic range.
Milk is raw and come from grass-fed cows.
In addition to these superfoods, there are many like green vegetables, ACV, etc which hardly have any calories in them, but I do include them on regular basis.
