What does a Healthy Poop Look Like: Color, Shape & Size?
Your Poop 💩 can tell a lot about how healthy you really are!
Ideal Poop Pattern:
-You clear your system between 5-7am ( or <1hr of waking up)
-You clear out at least once a day
7 Healthy Poop Characteristics:
-It is NOT smelly or stinky
-It does not have any food particles (if yes then it is indicative of a leaky gut)
-You clear out in one shot and it’s 4-7 inches long ( tiny poops not good)
-It should be somewhat between firm and soft
– Lastly, the colour should be different shades of brown! Other colour like black, yellow, green etc.
You should be concerned.
