The 21-Day No Sugar Challenge

What was the challenge?

Participants had to refrain from consuming sugar-calories for 21 days, from 15th November 2021 to 05th December 2021.

What was the aim of the challenge?

The aim of this challenge was:

1) To restrict foods that have added sugars in them.

2) Basically all packaged and processed foods were not allowed for 21 days.

The 21 Day Stand & Walk Challenge

What was the challenge?

Participants had to walk for 8k+ steps daily. They also had to establish a sit-stand set-up and try and reduce their overall sitting time, from 03rd January 2022 to 23rd January 2022.

What was the aim of the challenge?

The aim of this challenge was two-fold:

1) Help people inculcate adequate walking into their daily routine. At least 8k+ steps daily.

2) Save them from the detrimental effects of chronic sitting, by educating & inspiring them to include more standing in their lifestyle.

The 21-Day Healthy Beverages Challenge

What was the challenge?

Participants had to choose their beverages from the 'best'
beverages list shared in the beginning of this challenge.

What was the aim of the challenge?

The aim of this challenge was two-fold:

1) Help people move from unhealthy beverages to healthier alternatives with superb ideas within the community from all over the world.

2) Eliminate or Reduce the consumption of beverages from the 'Ok' and 'Bad' list.

The 21-Day Early To Bed Early To Rise Challenge

What was the challenge?

Participants had to build a Sleep/Wake-Up Schedule with at least 7 Hours of Sleep.

In addition, they were required to create their Evening & Morning Rituals that'll help them to Sleep Deep and Seize their day respectively.

What was the aim of the challenge?

The aim of this challenge was three-fold:

1) Help people set-up a Sleep Schedule- Sleep Early & Wake Up Early.

2) Help people 'Sleep Deep' with the help of an Evening Ritual.

3) Help people Build a Morning Ritual so that they can Seize the Day!

The 10,000 Calories Challenge

What was the challenge?

Participants had to burn 500+ calories daily (500*21 days= 10,000+ calories; hence the name:)).

They could choose from any different combinations of exercises & workouts like strength training, bodyweight workouts or even walking!

What was the aim of the challenge?


The AIM of this challenge was three-fold:

1) Help people burn at least 500+ Calories on a daily basis via different activities.

2) Help people build a daily Exercise & Workout Schedule

3) Help people learn the importance of movement in their lives.
