  7. Hello Pinky. I have not done an in-depth comparison of Salmon Oil Vs Krill Oil, however, I am sure Salmon Oil is ok too. In the end, what really matters is how potent the supplement brand really is. The supplement industry is a huge business with a lot of hype marketing and little science. Finding a good brand is like finding a needle in the haystack. I can only recommend something which I have been using for years, and that is Dr. Mercola’s Krill oil. I am not sure about any Indian products. Why don’t you do the research and let me know your top choices, I’ll take a look and guide you.

  9. What about the Omega 3 found in extra virgin Sacha Inchi oil derived from cold-pressed sacha inchi seeds taken from highland grown sacha inchi plants? Are they better than Omega 3 derived from fishes?

  12. People say one should not have Omega 3 capsules in summers… it true? If consumed in summers, Is it required everyday for vegetarians or one should have gap in between say take it for 10 days n stop n again start it?

    Don’t always believe what people tell you 🙂

    It is best to conduct a research whenever a question pops up in your mind.

    All fats whether from oils, nuts, seeds, avocados, fatty fish are capable of maintaining heat in the body.

    However, it does not mean that we do not need them in summers. There is a daily requirement for them and one can gradually get used to them.

    I have personally been eating walnuts and almonds without soaking them for years now and my body is fine with it.

    Take your time, do your research and let your body have what it needs. Good luck!
