Why Can’t I Lose Excess Body Fat Despite Exercising Consistently And Eating Healthy?
The One Thing That You May Be Doing Wrong Is Not Counting Your Macros
If you go by your feeling, you will end up overeating or undereating. Most of us are eating very limited food items every day (not more than 20). For example:
5 Whole eggs, whole cows milk, nuts, and a portion of meat make up at least 70% of my calorie intake for the day.
I eat the same items every day. I have food weigher, and before I cook anything for myself, I simply measure it in grams. I then immediately google the calories and write them down in my diary.
Over time, I am So clear with my macros that I don’t need to count calories anymore. It’s some work initially, but once you have a rough idea of how much protein, carbs fats a food item has, it is pretty simple, really 🙂
This was the biggest mistake I made, and as a result, my fat loss suffered.
