Its a good start. Hope to implement this habit everyday. After watching this I made up my mind not to use transport for shorter distances, this way I ll be adding more steps in my daily walking task. In addition to that , I have started to develop the habits e.g doing push ups, skipping rope etc. I now enjoy my food and have been drinking 4 litres of water everyday. I have started green tea as well. Some of the insights were very helpful which keeps popping up in my subconcious every now and then post your course. I wish to continue developing these habits. Being able to practice the test is a really good revision exercise as it sends you back through the notes in no particular order enabling more learning opportunities. " My Fitness activities had been inconsistent-while I was hitting the gym quite regularly, my body fat remained north of 20%. Early this year, I went on holidays for a month and came back in a terrible shape, with a body fat of 26% (April 2017). I desperately needed a jolt that I was trying to discover on Google and Quora. There are tonnes of literature on the net and all the information can be quite mind-boggling. I needed to rely on one source that was coherent across nutrition, fitness and general well-being. I came across Akash's post on Skinny Fat on Quora and decided to take his personal coaching service. His ideas were simple to follow and didn't require a lot of time commitment. I was not being sold any quick-fix solution--but those were easy enough to include in my daily life. Based on the tailor-made program Akask wrote-up for me, I made sure to hit the following boxes almost 70-80% of the times: -Intermittent Fasting -HIIT (chose Muay Thai) -Following key macros for meals (especially good fats) -Compound exercises (focussed on 2-3 bog workouts due to paucity of time) I am now at almost 15% body fat. My waist has come down from 36 to 32.5 inches in about 5-6 months. Most importantly I have gained some muscle mass while losing a significant amount of belly fat. Voice can be easily heard and understood, and he tried to make things clear in many cases, by pronouncing things in a slower and clearer, trying to simplify things for ones that might find this a bit more complicated, and reexplain things he thought is more difficult to understand as he got many questions from his students from the past regarding that particular part. Its a good start. Hope to implement this habit everyday. After watching this I made up my mind not to use transport for shorter distances, this way I ll be adding more steps in my daily walking task. I love yoga and I loved the course. It shows that the instructor is master in his field It is precise and in-depth knowledge of ancient yoga. you learn about eight limbs of yoga briefly and 58 Asanas, one Vinayasa sequence and four Pranayama in depth.
