I've been reminded of many elements of Raj Yoga while following this course and have taken notes or made addenda. As a Yoga instructor, I personally stress the necessity of teaching student the biomechanics of breathing. Then how to apply the principles at each stage of an asana or sequence. For the moment, I don't find any focus on this during along this course. Hope to keep you better informed at a later date via my video tutos / my channel - Yoga. I learnt many new concepts that I was not familiar with, like the energy systems and the fluid requirements for athletes. I think the explanation on the energy systems is a little confusing and it can be improved to make it clearer.

He explained things so simply which makes it easy for the layman man to grasp. My only challenge is that he used a microphone and he talks directly into it, thereby inevitably breathing into it.

As a 200h yoga teacher, I also learned new techniques, like the advanced way to perform certain Pranayama, and techniques that I didn't know about which is priceless! The manual provided with the course is very complete and there are a LOT of poses described with their benefits, cautions and full instructions which is golden for teaching. I took your nutrition course and I enjoyed it immensely. I then decided to take yoga among a few others. This course has awaken the teen in me I think I am heading into living my best life.. I am extremely grateful, this course teaches me how to be satisfied with who I am. The section about the news has a huge impact on me. As an Empath I tend take on the world and it's problems. After listening to your lecture I realize I need to turn off the television and ignore the news. I am so elated and humbled Thank you.

The course was informative and detailed on how to detox. However, I've had kidney stones in the past and had some of the worse kidney stones as a direct result of juicing. I call juicing making a oxalate slushy. So in short this course isn't really for me as passing stones is not my thing. I did however like that a lot of the foods discussed are what I am already eating. Clean eating, making food from scratch, avoiding processed foods, no fried foods, and the like. It just re affirms what I am shoving in my pie hole is on the right track to staying healthy.

I love that Akash breaks down titles, and how while they are important, they are not as important as your actual accomplishments with clients & students. I know many people who just do things for the title, but have no passion behind their work and nothing to show for it. All in all a good basic understanding in regards to fitness, should have been in-depth sessions about fitness and how to build lean muscles or heavy muscles and how to lose fat in overall body. A bit of explanation about Male and Female adaptation to fitness and the pro and cons of weight training and cardio. And lastly, what kind of regime is best suited in reducing fat and building muscles and a proper diet in regards to it.

A great introduction to the basics of fitness busting all the common myths of different kinds of trainings. A useful course to take if you want to be familiar with basic fitness concepts. The instructor is easy to understand, the lectures are well-paced, the quiz at the end of the course was a bit harder than expected, but I still managed to score 91%. :)

Good so far :) Wow well I have the choice to redo my test but I am not going to although I will reread the downloads etc .Just want to stick to how I answered the questions as that was my best shot lol It was complicated but I liked it being challenging .Really don`t like it when tests do not test you ! I have gained much more knowledge on nutrition, it's valued for good health and what foods contribute to the different cells etc in the body. I also liked the scripts which I can keep and reflect back on and keep with me as a kind of 'bible.' I took the exam twice. I gained 66% the first time then re-read where I had gone wrong and passed at 98% the second time which I am very happy with and now look forward to receiving my accredited diploma. The tutor was interesting and very knowledgeable and has vast experiences in all areas of nutrition.
I liked the Akash's passion for training, now I am motivated to start workout. I liked the structure of the course.

well it is simple and take you in a trip step by step in every thing so that in my opinion are so important because a lot of the trainers dont have a plan or just keep screaming like they own us also i like that it is simple and a lot easy to follow and i will recommitted it to others
The instructor is very clear in in lecture, he makes everything understandable. Calculating was the most difficult part but he explained it well, gave easier ways to do the calculations, and even gave a web site for a calculator that would make doing the calculations even easier. So far so good!!:)

Enjoying it so far. I would suggest not going into too much detail about calories at the beginning and focus more on healthy foods. That is something that we should all be learning about and hopefully can all relate to. The calorie counting can wait until later.
I enjoyed this course for it's content and quality slides and presentation. I liked the bonus material as well and are appreciative for that knowledge. This is the first time I have come across in enrolling in a fitness course that is done by an educated person. Most are run by weekend courses that does not do justice to the industry. I have a similar background as the instructor but I took several programs to achieve what he is teaching in this course.

My career is in nutrition delivery. I wanted to take this course because I am not a dietitian but I wanted to gain an understanding about nutrition beyond my nutrition delivery management career. While I did not do that great on the test (though I did pass), I am confident that armed with this information, I would be able to continue to grow in my career path.

Although I know that's not the main topic here, to make the exact formulas - maybe another exercise for the TDEE lecture could be good for reinforce the topic. Thank you.

From the start you learn the fundamental basics. It is very helpful that all information is added in separate files l. The Q&A part on the site was helpful as I have some difficulty with the TEA. But all explained clear then.
I take interest in studying nutrition so I took this course to give me a base to start with. I like it so far but it would help if the instructor was more detailed on the steps such as when he didn't explain how to get (TEA) in depth he left out that you need to subtract your BMR after getting the calculations but I'm still getting the knowledge I hoped for.

I have been dieting for 25 years, and know a number of things on exercising, I wanted to get my knowledge validated. I learnt tons in this course and loved truly understanding HIIT and its benefits.
Akash explains many well-researched concepts and ideas in this course. I have researched a lot of this prior to this course and this course is spot on with that. Even though I had already done plenty of research, along with following and corresponding with trusted doctors and trainers, I still learned a couple things from this program. I've taken this course called "Internationally Accredited Diploma Certificate in Nutrition" and it was an excellent learning experience for me. Was always interested in diet planning and the different kind of diets (Keto, low carb ect.) This course gave a more in-depth explanation for them as well as more information on the optional macro split, based on body and weight goals. Would totally recommend this to anyone looking for the above.

I enjoyed the fact the course goes into the other benefits of exercise. It's not 100% about building muscle and getting lean.
Although so far I haven't learned anything new, I am still thoroughly enjoying this course. I would recommend it for beginners AND intermediate practitioners. It is always good to ground our knowledge. I especially appreciate that Akash is honest and open with us, often mentioning that we are all human (and humans are imperfect and should acknowledge and learn from our mistakes) . It is good to know that even as a trainer/coach we must make a lifestyle suit us/ a client. Thank you for this course, I hope you will continue and make an advanced course.

1) This is a great course to take if you are looking for an answer about what your food is and what exactly goes inside your body every single day in the form of food. 2) Secondly, the instructor has been really responsive and tried to answer as many questions as possible. 3) Some of the food myths, widely popular ones, were burst and had me questioning my food and cooking ingredients. 4) The language was easy to understand. 5) Concepts were explained in a really simple, easy to understand manner. The only suggestion I have is - the pace of the instructor is a little hard to grab, just sometimes but I adjusted. Happy to have opted for this course, THANK YOU, Akash! A very well-detailed course that gets into not just the physical aspect of losing weight but also the mindset & belief system that a person carries. Akash has clearly developed this after achieving success with different people in different ways over the years, and his balanced, do-what-is-best-for-"you" approach is practical and realistic. As a Yoga practitioner & teacher, I found immense value in his holistic approach. The course is a steal for its cost, and serves as a great starting point for someone who wants to learn more about healthy ways of getting fit. Goes without saying that if you're looking at this course for professional reasons, you need to do several such courses & stay constantly updated through reading & practising. As feedback, I'd say it would be good to incorporate results of the two case studies - how long did those people take to achieve their goals, and what were the changes in their diet/workout plans? Also, would be good if "how to know calorie content of different foods" is included briefly, as that question kept popping in my head throughout the diet module. Overall, an excellent course for understanding how to get fit in a healthy, sustainable manner.

I'm a person who exercises regularly as well as taking care of my health and diet with discipline, all of my achievements in losing weight/body fat are products of my own trial and error as well as time spent researching. Unfortunately I learned only by my own experience and did not have the knowledge nor information on the ranges of fitness activities and when friends and family asked for suggestion and recommendation regarding a healthier lifestyle or exercise regiment, I wasn't too confident about teaching them. But your course helped me learned about the basics of fitness, your course was comprehensive and was taught at a good and relaxed pacing, it was quite enjoyable and I finished who whole thing in "one sitting" (which I had a feeling you wouldn't approve of). Now I can use these basics to start improving the lives of those I care about, so thank you for this course, Akash.

Was good but needs to update Vitamin D food sources as he didnt include Mushrooms, which contain Vitamin D in high concentrations when sun dried.

The course covers everything that one should know about in order to maintain and improve his/her health. However its is not a detailed course . It covers all aspects briefly. After taking the course one would be able to understand the basic concepts of maintaining one's health and designing/altering the diet patterns and habits. I believe for one to take diet management and nutrition professionally, they would have to undertake other detailed studies as well where this would help to step up the base.

Yes, it is very useful information. A bit tough to take notes (I like to take notes) but the 5-second rewind option solved that issue.
Voice can be easily heard and understood, and he tried to make things clear in many cases, by pronouncing things in a slower and clearer, trying to simplify things for ones that might find this a bit more complicated, and reexplain things he thought is more difficult to understand as he got many questions from his students from the past regarding that particular part. Overall, I felt like his explanation is really easy to absorb, and he is doing a very good job caring about his students.

Videos are short and sweet but not so short that you dont understand it. Everything is straight to the point and in a way that you understand it perfectly. The only difficult part was the formulas for working out BMR, etc but I think that was because its all new to me. Overall great course that I would recommend to anyone.

I love how he has broken down the course to make it easier to understand and provided illustrations to help explain. Sometimes though the topics become subjective but then again he has more experience than I so I must defer to his expertise. Its more fun than just simply reading about it too.

I really liked that he gave background information on himself & even how to use Udemy. He gave an in-depth explanation of the types of yoga, used Sanskrit words with their translations and pictures of different postures. I’m excited for the rest of the training.

This is not a course to teach specifics on how to eat and exercise to lose/gain weight, however. Akash does have other courses which get into more specific topics.

I like that he actually teaches. He doesn’t let us just get the certificate. Other courses (KEW) just let you skip past things and not actually have to prove that you learned anything before giving you the passing certificates and credits. That is terrible. This course is great so far!

I was a classic skinny fat body type and I found this course to be excellent. I did alot of research before stumbling upon it and others seems to be endlessly debating whether to bulk first or cut first. Akash says nope you CAN lose weight and build muscle mass at the same time. And it worked! Its easy to follow and Akash quickly responded to the couple of questions I had. I'd highly recommend it.
This is the second course I do with Akash. I did the Diploma in Nutrition first, now this one. Very satisfied with the knowledge acquired.
BMR & TDEE were explained in a way that made sense. I have never been able to get a good grasp on this doing research myself, but Akash explains it in simple terms that make it easy to understand!

This course is jam packed with info! Sometimes I wish the narrator would slow down a bit so I could take notes easier. I am constantly pausing and restarting it so I can write down info. Better than being too slow, though! The accent takes some getting used to, but that's not a dealbreaker. I'm learning a lot from this course!

So far I love this course. It is reaffirming ideas an things I already learned from Dr. Eric Berg, Thomas Delauer, & Amy Berger. I love the examples of studies that he gives. I like that this is a more laid-back approach to learning rather than a course with homework and cost a lot of money. My only issue if that there was an article in the first section that wasn’t available for me on my samsung note 9 or my ipad (i didn’t try to find it using any other device; maybe it is no longer available). This issue is not enough for me to quit the course. Still learning a lot. The teacher speaks clearly and I like the videos. I’m really glad this information it available. I wish I was taught this in high school and college.

Yes! It was definitely a course which gives you an insight on IF. The self examples quoted gives a practical approach to the course. The reference study material is quite handy. I am eager to learn more on how to incorporate IF with Workouts and Training and learn elaborately how to plan the IF to reduce body fat percentage and gain muscle mass to improve the workout performance!

I loved the fact that the information is pretty clear and concise. No technicalities, no fuzzy talk. I only found the voice over with the graphs a bit tedious. I was probably expecting some images or visual information related to the topic being discussed.
USEFUL TO SOME EXTENT
The first part of the course is very basic. Not bad, but it is really only useful for beginners. The second, and much larger section is much more interesting and really talks about muscle groups and excersizes.

Great introduction to yoga, the philosophy behind it, basic asanas and pranayamas. Really enjoyed the course and am doing asanas nearly every day now and am planning to move further to pursue yoga teacher training. What a little disturbed me was that some material was repeated twice in different videos, and there seemed to have been minor spelling mistakes. Otherwise a good course!

This is a perfect course for Self Enrichment or a professional route for me it’s in Enrichment at 62 I needed to better my diet I worked on locations and I work on work boats and ships in the Gulf of Mexico oil most of the food is a mortal sacrifice or a burnt offering i had no choice when you’re in the middle no where as I were saying this is a perfect course full of details real good testing no pencil whipping I recommend it

I really enjoyed the course. I felt like sometimes, we would see terms we had not necessarily seen in class (butyric acid for example), which would have been nice to cover, but this is an introduction course. The instructor and course structure were easy to follow and he gave lots of great sources to prove his point. As a native English speaker, I felt sometimes the pronunciation was a little off and it became a bit distracting, but the instructor’s English is very good nonetheless. I recommend this course if you would like to learn more about nutrition.

Best Course with very affordable fees
I am pretty informed about nutrition, calories and macros so I find it very easy to follow, nevertheless, I would say the tutor explains everything in a very comprehensive and not overwhelming way. This course is good for someone with knowledge about nutrition that just wants to have diet planning put into perspective. I definitely learn new things about how to structure a diet plan and how to go about it.
I liked the course but the subtitles were very bad.

I am in Clinical Medicine and it was a good course to recall information. I downloaded all the reference material and Manual and what wasn't in the manual I copy and pasted into a file so that I could study the coursework without the videos.
