-Weight Training 3 times a week.

-HIIT [2-5] sessions 15-20 minutes each


-Walking at least 5,000+ steps. I recommend you buy a fitness band


Note: In case you are unable to walk that many steps, do include 1 hr of Yoga three times per week.
