The ONE thing that you may be doing wrong is not counting your macros.
If you go by your feeling, you will end up overeating or undereating.
Most of eat very limited food items everyday (not more than 20)
5 Whole eggs, whole cows milk, nuts, a portion of meat, makes up for at least 70% of my calorie intake for the day.
I eat same items everyday.
I have a food weigher and before I cook anything for myself I simply measure it in grams. I then immediately google the calories and write it down in my dairy.
Overtime, I am So clear with my marcos, that I don’t need to count calories anymore.
It’s some work initially, but once you have a rough idea of how much protein, carbs fats a food item has it pretty simple, really:)
This was the biggest mistake I was making, and as a result my fat loss suffered.
Hope this helps:)
