Hey, Guys Akash here and I am going to show you how to make an omelette step by step using 4 organic whole eggs and add a lot of vegetables to make this into an awesome morning breakfast that you can have almost every day.
-4 Garlic Cloves
-1 Medium Onions
-1 Stalk Brocolli
-5 Spinach Leaves
-4 Organic Whole Eggs
-Himalayan Pink Salt
-Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
-1 Large Slice of Whole Wheat Bread
We are going to start by chopping the garlic and onions, and then broccoli and spinach.
Now, we are going to take a medium size non-stick pan and saute the onions and garlic for 3-4 min on medium heat.
I use cold pressed coconut oil and have been using it for many many years now…its fucking awesome…has got some amazing health benefits and most importantly unlike your vegetable oils it’s very stable even at high temperatures.
I use about one tablespoon (14g).
and now, let’s crack these beautiful eggs…look at the yolk…so intact, firm and dark yellow in colour…this suggests that these eggs are of very high quality….laid by hens who were most probably pasture raised.. quality of eggs..topic for some other day…lets focus on making the omelette..
Stir it for 30 sec to a minute till you start seeing some forth….in the mean
Now simply add some spinach and keep it on medium heat for another 2-3 minutes or till the yellow in the middle starts to get a bit firm.
After that simply turn it, it won’t be perfect to look at but man when you taste this beast…you’ll be like I want to have this thing every single day….:)
