Less than 15% Body Fat – Men
Less than 25% Body Fat -Women

Most of you will agree, that a man can look his best when his body fat percentage is ideally in the range of 10-12%, or at the very least less than 15%.
This is where you can have a flat belly, your face looks angular, you get that X-Taper look and so forth.
Plus, many of my clients have reported increased energy levels, better sleep, more confidence when they are LEAN as when they hovered around 20% body fat (that’s where most men are)
I am not trying to convince you, but based on my decades of experience in the field of Health & Fitness, you will LOOK & FEEL your best if you spend the next 3-6 months, lowering your body fat levels to less than 15% or ideally to 12%.
Ladies, the rule is simple for you: The corresponding body fat range for you is 22-25% (just add 10% to any percentage I discuss for men)
