But if stress outweighs energy, disease becomes inevitable.
What Is ‘Stress,’ Really?
Your body doesn’t differentiate between sources of stress.
Emotional trauma, junk food, pollution, overexercising, to your cells, it’s all the same.
It all creates acidity in the body and causes cellular damage.
Stress creates an acidic environment.
Acid burns, corrodes, and damages, but it also protects (e.g., HCL acid in your stomach).
The body processes all stress through the same language.

The Body’s Natural Healing Cycle
Step 1: Pain or Injury

Histamine triggers blood flow and immune response. Inflammation is essential. It is how healing begins.

The Four Health Archetypes
Archetype 1: Surviving, Not Thriving
*Low energy, not enough to rest

*Often sick, mildly inflamed, circadian rhythm disrupted
These individuals aren’t broken. They’re blocked. With simple, consistent lifestyle changes, they can move toward vitality.
