Does Running Help You Lose Weight?

So Yes, Running Will Help You To Lose Weight If:

 

-You do it consistently enough.

 

-You eat 15–20% less than you TDEE. Please note even if you run every day for 1 hour and eat more than your body burns, you will not lose weight. This is the fundamental science, and it boils down to calorie balance.

 

Here Are A Few Caveats With Running:

 

-Make sure you select appropriate footwear when running, or you may injure yourself.
